The Story Begins…
Arkham Realty is the brainchild of Stefan W. Nitsch. In 2009, Stefan bought his first rental property, questioning why the buying process was so painful. In 2012, after purchasing more properties to lease or flip, Stefan secured his realtor’s license, knowing his ultimate goal was to own an agency. In 2017, that vision became a reality when Stefan earned his broker’s license and Arkham Realty opened its doors. In 2020, Arkham Realty acquired C A Properties, a property management and real estate agency which served the greater Pittsburgh area since 1945.
